Is that an FRU # under the yellow line to the right? If so, it looks like it starts with an 'A' and has a 'P' in it. From what I've been told by FT experts and seen on ebay, if Intel didn't specifically make it for IBM, don't get it for an IBM laptop. One potential buyer asked if it worked with a Dell. Some cards may be fine for many brand laptops but some of Intel's cards were adjusted specifically for certain brand laptops. Many list the brand on the card or a brand specific part number that in some cases indicates a difference in the card.

TPs use Intel cards specifically modified to be used on TPs. One not made specifically for TP may or may not require a BIOS hack to work or may not work at all.
